Refund Policy

At Ruggar™, we're committed to helping you take back your home from pests — permanently, without chemicals or traps. We stand by the effectiveness of our product and recommend keeping it plugged in continuously for at least 14 days before considering a return, as the device works by gradually making your home an environment pests can't tolerate rather than killing them on contact.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be processing and we cannot guarantee changes. If your order is cancelled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We're confident our product delivers results. If you've kept your Ruggar™ device plugged in consistently for at least 14 days and are still unhappy with the results, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@ruggar.com. Please include your Order Number or the Name and Email used at checkout for faster processing.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to prevent damage. A damaged item means a product that is defective or physically broken upon arrival. Packaging damage alone — such as a dented box — is not considered damage if the product itself is unaffected.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@ruggar.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or accidents.
