At Ruggar™, we’re committed to providing reliable gear that keeps you prepared and connected when it matters most. We stand by the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, contact us at hello@ruggar.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be processing and we cannot guarantee changes. If your order is cancelled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We’re confident our products deliver results. If you’ve tried your Ruggar™ gear for at least 14 days and are still unhappy, you can return it within 60 days for a refund (shipping fees are non-refundable).
To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@ruggar.com. Please include your Order Number or the Name and Email used at checkout for faster processing.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to prevent damage. A damaged item means a product that is defective or physically broken. Packaging damage alone (such as dented boxes) is not considered damage if the product is unaffected.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@ruggar.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or accidents.
